Production of Cabin Filter
We have 4 J-500-60 double-sided edge trimmers with a total of 8 workstations, with daily production capacity of approximately 8K units. Two CEBT fully automatic continuous edge trimming machines with daily production capacity of 5K units. Production can be expanded to 40K units per day.
(Equipped with 3 ZDS-1200 servo origami machines)
Mold application: Fold spacing - The set value for the activated carbon combination is 7.50mm (such as 7.50; 7.55; 7.60..).
Mold development: specialized molds, self-owned mold processing, developed according to OE parts.
